Interesting result in E1 yesterday, Rossmoyne over the Prison Team by a point!
So much for the premiership being in the bag.

We got over a gallant Ridge by 5 goals. Was only a goal in it at half time, we kicked the last three of the third term and held on.

Just want to say thanks to Ridge for agreeing to have the game at the Showgrounds last night, they could have easily said no.

We get a second crack at the prison team now for a spot in the GF. I think those who watched last weeks game would agree we can beat them but we need to be at our best to do so.

Congrats to Ridge and Quinns on successful seasons, finals in E1 is a big achievement, hopefully we can represent the thirds teams well and put it up to the single teams in our league.

Not surprising about the close game. Finals are very different to the H&A season. Good luck in taking out the swans...It would be good to see a 3rd side compete in the GF.

It will be interesting how they arrange the sides for next year.

Like originalBull said finals are very different to the H&A season just look at both of our league sides yesterday, anything can happen.

Good luck against districts on Saturday it'd be nice to see them get knocked off by a 3rds side, might worry some of the rossmoyne guys as well.

I do think you guys are a real shot at the flag, you'll just need to be at your absolute best over the next couple of weeks.

The 1 point margin didnt reflect the overall game. We dominated play all day and the Swans boys capitalised on every one of their very few opportunities which made the end score look closer than it was. Our guys squandered many opportunities and the game should have really been a 5 goal victory our way.

Oh well, Our boys were very off the boil for some reason or another, but hopefully that is our "bad game" for the finals and from now on securing the flag will be a piece of cake as expected.

Happy to have the win in the bag and looking forwards to marching onto September glory!

Only seen 2 games of E grade and 1 of them was Rossmoyne.
Thought at the time they were a mob of posers belting 3rds sides and pretending they are hero's.
Why don't you play in a decent grade and find out how good (or bad) ou really are?

I wonder how your fellow clubman feel about you getting on here and being a big mouth behind your computer.

Lets hope your guys go to GF "expecting" to win like you did on the weekend, you will come undone and I for one am hoping you lose. The extra motivation ppl like you give the other sides is pointless and will be your undoing.

Although having the week off obivously wasn't a positive.

after watching the 2nd semi between Rossmoyne and swans, my money is on Wanneroo to win the flag and by a decent margin. After watching Swans and Wanneroo weeks ago and now this game, i would say its in the bag for Wanneroo. Rossmoyne players seem to go down quite a bit when they were hit hard and fair by the swans. Yes there were a few spot fires but hey its football. I think swans have ran their race and wanneroo will walk over them on the weekend to do the same the following week

Southside, are you playing mind games? I must say your confidence in us created some blood flow, but we haven't beaten either side this year. Not saying we cant or wont because we believe we can but we have to be at our absolute best.
