The one glaring thing that sticks out to me about this Hawthorn side is their big names have come to the party in all four GF wins and even in the loss to Sydney. The best footy team I've seen in my lifetime for this very reason.

The people who come out with the crap abt trades, players and bottle need to put themselves in the position the WCE found themselves, they played against arguably the best team in 20 years. I think that Hawthorn would beat the lions in the heyday.

Agreed Grump and I believe Hawthorn would win the game 19 times outta 20 if played at the MCG. Simply too good in so many areas and to think no Buddy and they seem to be even better across the park.
