I can't believe Maxy broke his jaw down at Freo the way he was walking around the place next to the coaches box after he was stretchered off. He was clearly on a different planet and severely concussed but appeared to refuse to get into the ambulance and had several trainers and staff trying to coax him before finally being taken away after about 20 minutes. I hope he's ok from a long term perspective as it was a terrible incident and just goes to show how committed WAFL players are to the sport that they're prepared to put their bodies on the line for not a lot of tangible return.

Yep an almost full strength team vs virtually a reserves side, tbh we should’ve won by more. Missed a lot later in the game by shooting from too far out. We have only 4 or 5 missing from full strength. On that note where is Buddy boy these days the man in the know I miss that guy??

DG: agree, mate; the PFC  has been unlucky against us, even last year, they played Subi after we got some injurred  players back.

BC I was sitting in front of Greg Clark's rellies for the Peelmantle game and they mentioned Maxy had a broken/fractured jaw to go with the severe concussion, but Maxy would still try and play with a broken back, he's as hard and tough as they come.

For sure mate and not sure that is going to change anytime soon. Would love to play them at full strength and firing there would be a bit of feeling in that game I recon! But we next play them in only 5 weeks time so not sure that will happen. Hopefully in the finals all going well

Just checked the senior playing list on the club's website and it certainly does say Angus Dewar.

Disappointing crowd, but it didn't seem that small. Reasonable atmosphere. Maybe they count carefully at Lathlain. That said, subi could work on their supporter base, in my opinion. Not sure how. 
 

Because of what has happened at Lathlain Park Oval in the aftermath of the Eagles moving there, the capacity has been reduced significantly.
