You must be from the school of hard knocks precious sister. One knock too many methinks. The reason why your mob recruited the foreign legion was to win a flag after a very barren time in the wilderness. Now can we have the list of the around 20 draftees, followed by the list of the foreign legion.PS,include that AFL recruit Hansen who was on a shitload ,you hypocritical flog.

Did you even read the reason I gave for Swans one off buy up on recruits in comparison to $ubis annual splurge?
Around 20 drafted the previous few years ring a bell?

Haha mate yeh the bald truth is very confronting to these $alary muppets!

And how exactly did we recruit Hansen after he stayed with SD, his original allocated club, post WCE delisting?? Muppet

Although $ubi might have corrupted that!!

% of local zone talent from the WAFL clubs country zone from their last match respectively-

SD- 30%
CL- 18%
EF- 40%
SF- 43%
WP- 7%
$U- 20%
PH- 37.5%
PL- 37.5%
EP- 50%

Statistically would be better to take the whole list for each club but a good starting point anyway.

figures from 2009 I know, but draw your own interpretations.

West Perth has all but given up on their country zone. Other WAFL clubs gave up a long time b4 that.

Absolute & utter crap

Sokol got a few opportunities & would have had more this year given the AFL fiasco took Dell Ollio out

And we all know about Ned Fimmano's son & the sly job done there

I happened to be sitting behind Sokols family when we played your mob and got the full story about the lad. State 18's player, had one of the highest fitness levels at the club had 8 or 9 league games the last year under Hase, then just 2 games under the current coach. He suffered due to not being on the favorites list of one of the coaching staff and if your not on that list you don't get a league game was their comment. Subi saw the unfulfilled talent and showed him around the club and he decided to move over. Has never been happier according to his parents and granddad who has been a Doggies member for 40 years and is now a contented Lions member.

The lad was given around 10 games in two years so why not look to a club that would recognize talent when others don't and be given a chance to play league? Showed his worth by absolutely flogging your mob.

Would love to see a list of which WAFL club has the most AFL drafted players returned to the WAFL with less than 25 games under their belt over the last decade or so.....yeah getting drafted is one thing....being good enough to stay within the elite system is another and surely a true indicator of which WAFL club is good at producing local talent.....

pretty sure Cl would be up there for most returnees....probably SD too TBH....I reckon EF would be right up there for having the most local zone talent produced who have played over 100 or even 200 plus games of AFL footy over the last 10 - 15 years.....

Do any of the following names ring a bell old chap- Armfield, Ellard, Miles, Rance, Naitanui, Notte, Walters, Pearce, Pratt, Garlett, Yarran, Ugle, Banfield, L.Jetta, N.Jetta, Blight? And then straight after the flag win the likes of Twomey, Krakouer, Coniglio, Gault, Newman, Stevens.
Good to see you are still with us anyway Muddy old boy ..have a nice day! :)

I thought the fact we lost 22 players to the AFL over that few year period was pretty common knowledge Mike not to mention the retirements of stalwarts like Beros, Griffin, Johnson, Piani, Cornelious, Edmonds et al around the same time factored in ...and yet the $ubi boys are getting their dependence diapers in a knot over us picking up 6 or so recruits to cover those all mentioned when they do that at a minimum each year without any drafted  ...$trange crew that lot! :)
