So I've noticed on the so called sport report at the end of the tv news bulletins. Other sports results are fully covered with plenty of descriptive and video highlighting etcetera. The WAFL scores are flashed up on the screen very briefly with no match reports, no video vision from the matches which is very disappointing. And if one blinks or sneezes at the time the scores are being broadcast, indeed one does miss them.

Makes it difficult when 2 sets of attendance figures are given! Maybe some of the people attending were counted twice, just to make sure?

That figure is very rubbery, I would say it would include every person that walks in and then out from when the colts start, by the time the league has started a couple of hundred of people have walked in and back out again.

It was most likely about 1700 were there for the league game.

Heard on the grapevine that 2,000 attended at the Leederville match today.

2000 Legs maybe! Watching a little bit on the ABC coverage there would have been no more than 1200 tops including the Colts watchers! A very poor crowd for the supposed reserves teams derby

Realising it's only the beginning of the season but attendances are poor already. When we consider the lovely weather conditions during weeks 1 & 2. Cannot see crowds gaining in size when the weather conditions are worse in the middle of the year.

Good to see the dockers and eagles faithful turn out in droves to watch their host clubs at leader vile this weekend ...lol

This is as good as it will get champ...sorry to say, a d no foundation day derby anymore either...so bugger all to look forward to reckon lots of diehards will call it a day this season.

Why don't we give the WAFL more than a week before we cremate it??? You boys are a bit hard a bit early.
