The so called commission and the Fremantle town council believe it’s really exciting to see the Grand Final return to a WAFL venue in 2020. Holding the biggest match of the season at Fremantle Oval has been set in stone.

Just been looking into the crystal ball and the weather forecast on Grand Final day has a medium chance of rain. With a maximum temperature of between 18 to 24º.

Souths will no doubt, be in the GF and my money says that Subi will be there too. You’d think that Souths would be a shoe in on their home track. But then, it will be Subi....

As Subi get more boys back they will definitely be pushing deep into the finals....would of been super interesting for next week if EP had beaten SF today....

Now the greedy pig is pitching to have the WAFL GF played permanently at Fremantle Oval.. What a disgrace that any WAFL president has the arrogance to undermine the rest of the WAFL for his clubs own selfish benefit.

The WAFL grand final belongs at Optus Stadium and the sooner that is enshrined in law the better. Some years they'll make a profit. some years they might make a small loss. Big deal, we have already seen event's that have very few spectators (significantly less than a WAFL GF) willingly being played there and now they are willing to use Optus Stadium to televise the grand final if West Coast get in.

The sooner this useless WAFC is kicked out the better and get some decent human beings in there running football who truly appreciate the WAFL.

But if the bean counters dictate otherwise, then it should be shared around at each club on a yearly basis. Might need to rock up at Claremont Oval damn early for a GF though. Probably Lathlain also. The others could squeeze in a fair few more.
