You WAFC commissioners are an absolute disgrace. You flogs DO NOT REPRESENT THE WAFL. You are a bunch of frauds. Simple as that. Hypocrites of the highest order.

The final hammer blow to the credibility of the competition. Its been coming for a number of years but this is the end of the WAFL as a legitimate 2nd tier competition.
I would rather have seen it as a curtain raiser to an AFL final at Optus rather than at a suburban ground. Good luck finding parking in Freo on a sunny spring afternoon.
As a neutral I would have made the effort to go to Optus, I won't be bothering now.

Coolbinia Primary School oval was in the running too but it narrowly missed out because they couldn't convert the Tuck shop into a bar.

Mike those flogs have probably spent 100k on the staff dining room at Tuart Hill. I’d love to see some invoices on what those frauds have blown money on. I bet they didn’t spare the horses on the coffee machine. Wouldn’t be any change out of 10k.

Good work in making this a thread of its own DD. It is absolute bullshit and even in the unlikely event Subi makes it I won't be going. As I said on the other thread, it's an insult to all involved. The GF should be a special day for the players in particular but also supporters and this decision means that neutrals and others who aren't dyed in the wool supporters of the clubs competing won't make the effort. I'm furious and I know my club won't even be there. How is this promoting the WAFL as the premier state footy league? The ammos play GF's at suburban grounds so now we're rated with them and no disrespect to the ammos as I was an A grade captain myself many years ago. Just bullshit.

Yep had to be BC. They have killed it for me. No way I will attend even if my club breaks a 22 year drought and makes it through to the granny. I'm not going to a sub standard venue to watch a WAFL grand final. It goes to show how out of touch these flogs are with the WAFL and probably doesn't help our Premier is a NSW native. he would have no clue what football means in this state.

Perhaps he might like to contemplate what the reaction would be if Cronulla and Penrith were told the grand final will be played at one of your local grounds? I don't think Colin Barnett would have allowed this to happen.

I'm very disappointed about that because its only 5 minutes walk from my joint.
