Sounds like a lot of issues still very much up in the air. Not sure how East Fremantle footy club could originally agree to the current status? Not sure how a private company could be allowed to suddenly run the show?

These blokes I spoke to shook their heads , it was like their hearts were torn from them. The fucking commission has a lot to answer here.

From about the 54 minute mark. Sounds like an absolute shit show.

Beetle infestation, local residents up in arms their rates will increase because of the new facility. Wasn't it them who demanded the redevelopment not have a fence so they have unfettered access to it 24/7?? But they don't want to have to pay for it. 🤣
