Trevor Williams has coached 55 league games for ten wins would be taking a big gamble on him , the way I see it this could be the last chance this club has before it becomes completely irrelavent they would want to choose wisely.

I would rather Williams than Waterman. As DD has said he speaks very well to the playing group.

Didn't have the cattle at Peel.

Would be nice not to lose anymore supporters over the appointment though.

4 games 4 losses,the South and Subi games were as bad as any this season,so he speaks well are the players listening??

Coaches are and should be appointed by there past coaching records,as PN says 55 games for 10 wins,to appoint Williams would be a confusing and mind boggling appointment in my opinion.

I would have thought such an appointment would not be recieved well right accross the board of supporters and members.

As PN says we have to chose wisely.

Is your sons ozkick coach also our reserves coach by any chance? Our reserves are fricken woeful. A change is needed there also.

A Perth diehard I always talk the shit with at work in the bottlo keeps telling me Mark Harvey is firmly in ur sights and most likely...any truth????

Edit : Just read back a few pages here...can't comment on his coaching but can confirm from my sister's first hand experiences and explanation that Waterman is a dud....so she tells me anyway

Thats all good and well but how many are just hoping to get a league gig and how many of them are worthy of a league coaching job??

I agree DF not everyone is going to be happy but the "good applicants" are slowly withdrawing there interest.

Hey King what you didnt mention is that when Waterman took over Subi they were coming off a season where they finished 2nd....so in his first year he took them back down the ladder to 6th.
He had 1 ordinary year and 1 good year at a club that had a good list and a good sized cheque account to recruit.

Surely Perth FC had some one in line or at least interested before sacking DM. No point replacing any one if the replacement is the same as the person sacked!
