as for the masks who knows, I went looking but could not find any plausible reason, most stuff for states and federal infor no need for tin lids under 12.

If they worked so good and it was all about health then surely for the kids safety they should be wearing them during this highly contagious pandemic don't you think? At least mandate it for when they are dancing
