A woman has returned from guess where? SYDNEY..!!! She is positive and roamed around several places in the northern suburbs. Fans are instantly banned from today’s AFL game between WC and WB. Right call by the govt on this one. This delta strain is a fricken nightmare. We have to do everything possible to avoid Sydney’s clusterfuck situation they now find themselves in. 

It’s hit the FIFO industry too with over 200 fifo workers forced into ISO in NT and WA fifo workers have been exposed. Let the panic buying begin. Ready, steady, go.

Once again you are allowing your politics to determine what the correct response. As I have said elsewhere if Morrisons Mary Magdalene had put Sydney into lockdown when she should have then this would not have happened!

The WA response is what you and the others from right have been bleating for for months a proportionate response!

Spot on. SloMo's gold standard Blameless Beryl is going to plunge the whole country into lockdown because of her incompetence. The continuing ineptitude of our public officials is just mind blowing. We've got 2% of the population fully vaccinated. With dopey SloMo in charge we are years off avoiding these blunt, crude lockdowns as the first and only response to the virus.

Is lucky no split round this weekend and all the matches held yesterday. According to the press conference this morning, if a Wafl match were played today the crowd would be limited to just 150. That would not go down with the club's very well I suspect.

What a joke.  Where is the criticism of the laissez-faire NSW LNP state government?  Where is the criticism of that state government's belated decision to lockdown NSW?  How on earth is McGowan responsible for the appallingly bad decisions by the LIBERAL NATIONAL NSW government?

So on the one hand Mark was right you are saying when he publicly stated Sydney should go into lockdown to (Marks favourite line), “crush and kill the virus”, but it’s also ok he allowed people in the state without mandatory 14 days self isolation, instead just iso until you your test comes back negative which goes against all previous testing requirements for people in iso? 

And in fact McGoo and Cooked said recently they might have to extend testing requirements beyond the 14 day iso period as one hotel quarantined guest tested neg in all his 14 day quarantine period but started developing symptoms after his last neg test. Remember Grump? 

So for McGoo and co to let people in from Sydney with the only requirement to iso until your test on arrival comes back negative fly’s in the face of all previous advice. Just stupid. We wouldn’t have this problem if she was required to iso for 14 days and get tested another 1 or 2 times.
