State 16's are taking on the Swan Districts Indigenous Allstars so should be an entertaining curtain raiser.

The Swans womens team take on the Titans after the WA v Tas game in a grand final rematch.

Interesting to see Rudy Riddoch is listed to play....23 yr old weighing 97 kg playing against 16 yr olds....FMD not too sure what Rudy is gonna gain out of that hit out!!

LOL.....against 15 and 16 yr olds who weigh 20 -30 kgs less.....yeah scouts dream!....love how ex SD boy Wolfenden gave Rudy an impromptu skin fold assessment last Monday too, must of done wonders for Rudy's self confidence BH...... ......if the SD allstars win does that mean Harding will use the same 22 for their next league game?

Interesting freeze you would find a negative in what is a great opportunity for our Indigenous boys to play a game together as a group whilst also giving the WA State 16s boys some ideal match practice against bigger bodies before their Championships ...sheesh your time in NZ has really made you a negative nelly to anything at All Black & White!

I suppose we have all assumed that WA will be far too strong for a depleted Tasmanian line up. One advantage that the Apple Islanders will have though as pointed out by BH is that Tim Geappean will be the runner for the team. If anyone knows about playing at Bassendean it would be Swoop and I'm sure he will passing on some handy tips to his brothers charges as well as some information about the WA players that he has played against in the WAFL.
