Probably because we are playing a NSW state team,zero interest i would have thought.

One acceptable outcome from all the plodders, downers and the who care types on this thread is that there wont be any comment from them regards the outcome of the state game....
After all - from their own mouths
'there is no interest' - 'wont be watching the game' - 'waste of time' and on & on...
Those left will at least be an informed bunch for comment as they supported the ENTIRE team and 'watched the game'.

I have here, on my desk tickets to the WAFL v NEAFL game, well technically the Giants v Richmond game.

On the ticket it doesn't state anything about a curtain raiser. In fact, it reads Gates Open 12:30PM. The AFL game kicks off a 1:40pm, meaning they don't really want to advertise the fact the state game is even on.

I'm wondering if it is even worth the drive up to Sydney. I'll be the only Black Duck there.

The NEAFL are running a live audio stream through their website, and within a few days they should have some vision available through the same website.

Funny, it is similar to what I was thinking. All the defenders of the selected side will claim a win when the team beat up the NEAFL like a bully.

Just like West Coast are apparently back in form for beating GWS.

I thought I read the WAFL vs NEAFL clash was moved to Blacktown Mike it is no longer the curtain raiser at Spotless (Sydney Showgrounds).

I notice only one Rioli in the final NEAFL squad.
I think there were three in the original squad.
