Noticed that.. You would of thought the WAFL would of had a live scoreboard and stats but all they do is direct you to the NEAFL site

Now it is a WAFL state side playing interstate..so why so little support?
I would of thought they could of put their hand in their pocket and also sent a Call team from 91.3 so they could broadcast it live.. Not everyone can get Computer streaming.

I tuned into this so called contest in the 2nd half and I agree with Cardy. What an absolute joke of a game. Proves absolutely nothing apart from the fact that the WAFL is stronger than the NEAFL, so what! I heard the guys on ABC putting Knapton on the spot this morning by asking him whether this weekend is an opportunity lost for the WAFL with no AFL game in Perth. He ummed and aaaed his way through it and suggested that the AFL had a lot to do with the organisation of this game and the WAFC's hands were tied to some extent. With the WA round next weekend they had a chance to build some momentum for our competition while the AFL is in partial recess.

I only hope that Tallen Ames who came off in the hands of the trainers in the last quarter is not too seriously injured in such a meaningless game. I am not against interstate football but it needs to be state v state not interleague stuff like we saw today

Bloody hell!! Well done to the WA boys, you played for the jumper and got a good win......as expected. Thanks to the NEAFL for at least telecasting. Pathetic effort from the WAFC. Surely they could have partnered the NEAFL and provided a more professional coverage?? Not even the after game presentations ie best players etc. For the supposed best second tier comp in the land to not have the clout to get a telecast deal done is just sloppy at best. Knapton's comments on radio re the AFL's involvement just seems the normal stance of the WAFC to deflect any resposability for poor performance away from itself. Hope Ames and all the players from all teams are ok to run around next week. PISS POOR WAFC
