Not being up on the rules and constitutions, it was my understanding that the members of the club have this right (still)!

So it begs the question how was this done, by stealth, secret ballot or through the commission wielding its weight.
We live in a time where intelligent people are being silenced so stupid people won't be offended

They lie

I do feel sorry for the Peel members as they have not been given the opportunity to have their say.

Now now La Hincha do I detect a touch of sarcasm in your posting. Surely, no-one has told any lies before about the impact of, let me see, attendances at the WAFL matches if the WAFL agree to enter a team in the VFL.

I just can't believe that the Eagles and Dockers would tell anything but the complete and honest truth about their intentions with respect to the WAFL competition.

BH coincidences do happen; so it just might be possible for someone from the WA media to get one story right.

Its been pretty obvious to me for a very long time the two local AFL clubs have ZERO interest in the WAFL, their interests are purely in themselves.

Going to be interesting to see how the EF and SF members who are also mad keen dockers fans go with all this - how long till they walk away from SF and EF and support their AFL club at WAFl level as well, also you can forget about any youngster ( they know no different ) who are dockers fans going for anyone else than the dockers in the WAFL..

Reckon it will happen Bazza. earlier this year I was at the EF V Peel game at EF oval. Went into the bar to get a beer and came across a guy I used to play footy with at amateur level. This bloke was always a Freo and SF supporter, so a asked him what he was doing at an EF game. His reply "came to watch the dockers players for Peel". Not sure if south were playing at the same time, but is this a sign of what is going to happen, in that he'd rather watch Peel than SF?
I did say to him who he supports more out of Peel and SF, his reply after having to think about it for a few seconds, (work that one out), was SF. I walked away wondering for how long....
