Why would another WAFL club loan players to West Coast?? Will the favour be returned?? Will Swans get Hutchings or Ah Chee at some stage???
I would also like to know why we are loaning OUR SD players out to WCER.
I would suggest 99% of the SD members/supporters would have voted against the WCER side coming into the WAFL in the first place!

I would be very interested to know what commitments the Eagles made if the players were injured playing for them.  Did they guarantee to pay any medical costs and reimbursement of any loss of income?

KC, pretty sure after that WCER effort, they will be more keen to loan back Cameron to SD.

Maybe you need to send an email to our Football Manager and or Football Director to ask why on earth we would be part of such crap especially considering our very OWN sides piss poor performance on the weekend!

Think EF have given their senior team enough players over the years.....good to see SD were  so forthcoming.... considering 42 has a canary whenever ex SD boys suit up for an alignment team v SD, quite surprised 42 wasn't down at EF on Saturday protesting this travesty....
was it bob hawke or 42 who said by 2021 no swan districts player will be wearing west coast eagles jumpers.

Yes I am puzzled at why Swans agreed to this and as a member I would like to know why they are lending players to a rival WAFL club during the season. If they havent got enough players, too bad they have to forfeit.

It has already started. Article in the West where Eagles are threatening to pull their reserves team from the WAFL if they are not given recruiting concessions. Many might say "good, off you go then", but obviously what they mean is that they will pull money out of the WAFL. The other option they floated was going back to an alignment, but that depends of course on a WAFL club agreeing and hopefully no-one will. Vozzo was very disrespectful towards the top-up players, basically saying that the AFL guys don't like playing with a bunch of second rate hacks. I mean, it's true, but you don't say it out loud. Pretty poor form for the Eagles GM to be publicly bagging the top up players. Leave that for the Big Footy posters.

FFS what a load of shite from that South Aussie (Yes Vozzo is not even from WA)!
When the WCE get the likes of injured players back-
McGovern, Barrass, Hurn, Yeo, Shuey, Ryan, Kennedy, Hutchings, Vardy, Duggan, Venables & possibly Dopey Rioli they will have to drop 12 or more players back into their WCER WAFL team.
They will then have close to 20 AFL players playing in their WCER.
For goodness sake you have injury concerns but it will not always be that way.

Where were the concessions for SD in 2016 when we won 1 game for the year ditto in 2018, 2019, 2001, 2002......???????
