Revelations today about the extravagant salaries of the WAFC executive Isn’t going to help prospects of getting games started earlier. Belt tightening obviously doesn't start at the top.

6PR with Perth’s premier sports reporter Kim Hagdorn. Said a document was circulating with WAFC executive salaries. Recruitment manager allegedly on 200k plus. Predicting clubs won’t be happy.

Big salaries doesn't surprise me one little bit. I heard a couple of years ago Taylor was on $400k and here's a guy whose main claim to fame was that he ran a couple of council rec centres, owned a gym and a restaurant, and took on some kind of role at Optus stadium. This bloke is running footy at all levels in WA....go figure.

Nothing if you're doing a great job.

But if one of the best club executives in the league has to go back on the tools because of cutbacks it's not a good look to have fat cat salaries for WAFL executive in an era of austerity wouldn't you think?

Empire building in sports administration , who would have thought.
They’ll all get a big shock when the afl cuts the cord on a lot of funding and then we will find out how many were doing a good job

What role did he have at Optus? He's been at the WAFC for ten years now

Pubs packed tonight. Must be 1000s out across the city, inside. Not a bad thing, but makes the footy look tame, virus wise.

Reckon we'll be playing mid July the latest. Early July would make more sense. We should enjoy this year before we open up to the world.

Sorry Soopa...I meant Patterson's where he was GM which is included in his tenure at the WAFC. He's been CEO for about 4 and a bit...and welcome to OF btw.
