What happens if the Kelmscott management pull their finger out and get all the required paperwork / management plans in next week? Will the WAAFL allow them straight back in?

I dont get why the opposing club gets the points. Why not just fixture it as a bye? Also, why leave it until the eve of the opening game? It should have been done at least a month or two ago.
For the record, I've followed Armadale since 1980. Sad to see this happen to a former Sunday club.

The reason the opposing teams get the points is because the withdrawal is only temporary. Kelmscott can re-join the competition as soon as they have a player management plan signed off by the WAAFL.

It looks like Kelmscott have tried to call the WAAFL's bluff and got burned.

My mail is this decision was on the cards some 2 months ago..it could mean Kelmscott might find it tough to get straight back in..stuff them anyway, mob of cheats. Pity the WAFC cant do the same with $ubiaco

This is most definitely something that,if was going to be the consequences,should have happened at least a month ago not on the eve of the season! It's a massive call on a club and a community and on the premier grade of the comp.

is Kelmscott the only team in Ammos to get this directive?

Heard a scenario that members let it happen to demonstrate the damage a certain person has done to the club.

Bringing the club to its knees could be the only way to get him out once and for all and draw support.
