With Swan Valley loosing yesterday and playing Noranda next week they'll more than likely finish 2 points behind Brentwood I think Jandakot can take their spot. By they play coolbinia and don't think their percentage is good enough to over take them. In the wash out for this weekend you'd say Valley are the biggest losers from the weekend and even though they lost Brentwood are the biggest winners but footy can dish up anything so next week could see a late change in that 5th spot.

The first 3 are REALY BIG games. Not only do they affect who makes finals, they also affect the order of the 5 and hence the first round of finals games.

Ellenbrook 4th Brentwood 5th and the ladder should remain as is unless Swan Valley orJandakot cause an upset this week Birdman and will be interesting what the league does with the fixturing for finals as I believe your league team will finish 2nd and host league reserves and Colts and if your thirds finish second as I think they will unless jandakot cause an upset against coolies ... I don't see how your going to host both thirds games at your home ground as well .... any thoughts on this ?

Godzilla. It's not something we have given a lot of thought to. First concern is making finals - where they are played is secondary.

Assuming our League remains in second (and the 3rds do too), I would have thought we would get home finals for all grades.

In the past, we have played finals we thought we should have played at home at other grounds.

Just have to wait and see.

If the Gosnells situation arises, the WAAFL may let Gosnells hold a 5pm game and whoever finishes 4th (Ellenbrook) host the elimination final. I'm sure our guys wouldn't mind.....

Birdman.... I'm pretty sure your gonna make finals and yes your never to sure where they are going to fixture the games mate and I'm sure ellenbrook would be very happy with that... tho not to sure I'd be happy playing a night final as honestly don't think the lighting at any amatuar ground is great for night games mate

Results this weekend could change everything.

Still think the Coolbina West Perth vs Jandakot game could be very interesting.

Yep with current form and results from both teams.... who knows who will win.... should be very interesting.... I think it will only affect wether coolies or yourselves finish on top tho

Coolbinia v Jandakot
This could be game of the rd with coolies wanting to wrap up top spot and jandakot needing the win to play finals so should be a kracker tho form of both sides have been up and down... but at home and with a bit more to play for I think coolies will get up in a close one...
Coolbinia by 4 goals

Noranda v Swan Valley
With the valley needing the win I think the will be turning up to play and fired up last time these two faced off valley led all game until the last 10 mins and should have won and looking for this to be hard fought game but think Noranda should get up at home as they look to hit some form
Noranda by 8 goals

Gosnells v Brentwood
With Brentwood struggling at home against coolies it's hard to see them travelling to gossie and causing an upset ... with gosnells still chasing top spot and also holding on to second spot to host a home final ... will be way to strong for the doggies
Gosnells by 10 goals

Piarra Waters v Osbourne Park
Well what can you say both these sides have struggled this season... they both lack a few quality players and skills are a bit down compared to other teams but both sides are young and will improve in future seasons ... tough one to pick but... Il go the waters at home in a close one
