he came to Swans as he wasnt "allowed" back in Freo after his assualt..
you got Marlon Pickett from the Swans prison team, think it may have been a similar arrangment in reverse..

i knew you guys were not happy about the thought that both could end up at the royals but was happy they stayed at your club.unlike walters which was more a fitness problem when a guy has personal issues you don't want the drama that comes with it.as for bennell the fact that he might only play half a year after a significant injury and maybe displace a local junior didn't thrill me.don't know what his form is like but eagles might continue the big cleanout and have a lot of younger guys after this year trading for more experienced guys in the hope of a flag.
