By rotating the WA team I can't see how they can get complacent mikeh. Keeps the bowlers fresh and focused at least. Batting wise can see one out of Marsh or Green coming back in to the Shield side at some point. I am with PH, Stoinis is way over rated, if everyone was available Stoinis would be lucky to make WA 2nd best XI. 

Nothing better than sending that self proclaimed "Sporting Capital Of The World" back home with their tail between their legs after copping 2 of the biggest hidings ever handed out to them by WA in the space of 2 days!

Thats a pretty crap wicket at the WACA, 10 wickets and we are nearly at lunch on day 3

not much chance of a result Hardie tried to liven things up for while but it was a bit of an arm wrestle

The only way a result could have been achieved on this docile track was if WA had declared behind and the two captains had tried to manufacture a run chase today. Thats obviously not going to happen. Very little enterprise shown by either team during this match. 
I know that preparing pitches is difficult but the WACA ground staff can't seem to get the balance between bat and ball in that Sheffield Shield tracks in Perth have recently either been roads or seaming green tops. 

Looks like WA is chasing a 150+ lead and then playing a game of survive or see what happens

Three quick wickets for WA....then Wade and Jewell digging in....touch wood the bowlers can eek out a few more to put a cat amongst the Taswegian pigeons.

I see Jhye has hurt his shoulder again in a second 11 game.

I don't think we will ever see the best of this kid due to the injuries he gets.

Shame that's for sure

but I'm sort of wondering why he is risked in a nothing fixture with his record of injury
I see Morris has been put into cotton wool by CA and won't be playing in WA's next shield match already

Dreadful luck for Jhye. He can still take solace in the fact that Cummins was also cruelled by injury in his early 20s and came back to have a good career
