Why not appoint Wiley who has the experience and profile and a succession plan with an under study such as a Dwyer or someone who they think can take over post Wiley?

Has Wiley accepted the position? Or is that story just hearsay?

According to ABC radio this afternoon Rob Wiley has been appointed
coach for the next 3 seasons.
He will evidently inform Carlton that he wishes to return to WA
he has family here.

Heard the same GWP and being on ABC local grandstand I would give it some credibility over what we hear on commercial radio & TV. Wiley would be a good fit for the Gummies, high profile, disciplinarian and has a good record coaching younger players by all reports. Should be able to attract some quality recruits, maybe some fringe/delisted Carlton players???

Good result for your club Cust, high profile greatly respected coach should give your mob a real lift into next season. We need all WAFL clubs highly competitive to ensure that WART & FART can be constrained as much as possible.

No if only we can get Perth up and running!!
