just wondering why social distancing doesnt count on trains ?

People are still supposed to practice social distancing on Public Transport.

Because they don't is a reason i won't catch the train.

no, the govt says you maintain space where possible, that is the WA govt advice.
they make no mention of practicing social distancing on public transport.

I am an Aussie Rules die hard and have attended the WAFL for over 55 years yet it bewilders me that with everything else that is going on that some think a priority should be for the restart of football, all codes and with crowds.
Get a grip people, without the measures taken by our elected representatives we could be like Italy, Brazil, UK and the USA.
How many lives would you sacrifice for a football match.
We always have the percentage of people that think rules are put in place for everyone else. Take a Bex, lie down and wait for the people that know best to complete the plan that has so far saved us from missery,

So now you accept that social distancing is encouraged by the same people that don't want people queing in toilets, ground entrances, kiosks & bars at the footy yet you insist it will be fine because all the law biding citizens will do the right thing and when it starts to piss down with rain they will all just sit there and not race to the nearest shelter falling over each other.
Get a grip.

pretty easy to remove banks of seats on public transport vehicles & assist that process - not so easy is the station / bus stop crowding situations or the fools who ignore everything
If everyone was doing what is required we would be getting back on our feet way faster

There are thousands of situations on a daily basis where people are virtually shoulder to shoulder and testing has opened up to anybody who sneezes for several weeks now and not one case has emerged from community transmission.

A few people are revelling in the glory and that was fine a month ago but now it’s time to open everything back up to what it was pre Covid-19.
