DF you make it sound like we are unique,every wafl club has a reserves team and every wafl club is in the business of trying to develop as many players as they can to get ready to play league football,we are no different.

The problem as i see it is 3/4 of our Kpp's and talls(including rucks) are development players and as of right now with our list this is where we will struggle.
How do we expect to compete with the likes of Johnson,Lycett and Josh Smith from East Perth?Claremont also has quality experienced tall timber as do other clubs..that as i see it is where we will struggle.

All this talk of changing cultures etc...,get rid of the losing culture start winning and playing finals and all the other stuff will naturally fall into place.

Part of that is positivity around the Club.

I've never read so much crap in my life, are some suggesting a supporters opinion on a chat forum is to blame for the clubs onfield failures? Give me a break. Who was to blame for all the years of failure before the internet and football chat forums were invented? My advice is these sensitive people in the club should harden the f-ck up and get on with the job like other clubs do and stop worrying about what supporters are saying, be it negative or positive on chat forums or over the bar.

I experience a lot of positive energy coming from supporters on game day when the players play well even in defeat, i would have thought that's all the positive support players and officials need and the numbers that turn up despite the clubs lack of onfield success. Seems like some people on here are too pre occupied with a supporters opinion that differs from theirs. I reckon by round 6 or 7 we will have a pretty good idea of where we are at, if not sooner.

If anyone at the club thinks Dene White is in the best 22 then forget about the top four, start thinking about how we can avoid the wooden spoon like we end up doing every year.

Who said Dene White is in the top 22 players?

Then why get him back? He wasn't in the best 22 last time and i doubt he has developed suddenly like perhaps a ruckman or key position player might do with a season or two away. How does that move the club forward? I am guessing they rate him as a good club man. We've had plenty of good club men and top blokes play for this club and where has that got us in the past?

And then we lose talented players who are proven at league level and some people say we don't need them and suddenly it's called a clean out.

I'm all for being positive where it's warranted, slagging off for absolutely no reason will bring everyone down in an organisation.

I'm only concerned when offering an alternate opinion gets you thrown out the door for "being negative".

So Johnno, tell me who went out to get Dene White back?

Or did he just simply come to pre-season training to have another go?

Whether he was invited back or welcomed back what it tells me is the club hasn't got much coming through to get them excited about.
