Davis, by choice, wont be there so he is out of the equation so who are you going to put in the leadership group??.

I wouldn't have Reimers in the leadership group. Let him be a normal player and LEAD by example. Bevan, Bateman, Ali Smith, Matthew Moody, and potentially Chris Billings. Leon Davis if he is up to it and is commited then stick him in there aswell.

Bevan needs to worry about playing some good footy before he is worried about being captain . He should be in the leadership group for sure but no way as captain . Bateman for captain by a mile and vice captain who really cares .

DF, I'm asking you a valid question, tell me what is different with this regime which is different from past regimes? Are you telling me people like Leys, Bradley, Eastaugh etc didn't have PFC best interests at heart? What is Aktins doing what they haven't done or tried to do?... Cheers for the insight Johnno.

Freezin , no way did Brian Leys have the club at heart and he ran pretty quickly and as for Eastaugh he just couldnt coach for shite . Liz Bradley imo did a heap of good things for the club but unfortunately left for personal reasons . As for Marty Atkins , he has done more for the club in his short time there than Leys and Eastaugh could ever imagine doing . Marty is a successful man and has a heap of experience and knowledge of the game especially at this level .He has already changed things at the club and it is all for the better of the club in the future . He has set about changing the culture , respect for the jumper , training disciplines and the list goes on . He has a genuine desire to lift this club out of the hole its been in for far too long and imo will succeed like no other has done in 30 odd years . Dont knock the guy for giving it his all , he has moved on blokes that didnt like it or couldnt handle his ways and rightly so . He has brought about a stern but fair regime to this footy club that it hasnt had for years and imo its very refreshing to see .

Great post Paul. Things wont change completely overnight but you can see what is happening. The train is on the tracks and it is building up steam.
People should drop into training sometime and see who is there and what is going on.

Anybody spending a bit of time around the Club would see the changes being implemented.

Will it pull us out of the doldrums? Who knows at least we are not sitting on our hands doing nothing.

What are the changes? Ask some of the people who have left.

We are asking you, right now. What are the changes considering you haven't played a game as of yet and your list is in worse shape than this time last year.
