Does anyone know what has happened with Payne and Johnson. They are both listed as outs but no reason given. Payne was an effective tagger, and Johnson could have been very handy next season with no Logan McDonald, and a big question mark over Loersch.

I see Loersch's season is over before it starts with a serious hip injury sustained at training keeping him out for the rest of the year. Bad luck for the big fella.

He can't take a trick. Disappointing for him.

It’s a case of they must find a replacement and not go with the tired “we’ll go with what we’ve got”
There’s a lot of AFL players that got delisted hopefully we can find that tall key forward that’s willing to get out of a contract.
This also affects our ruck match day plan big time.

I agree 30+. We must find a suitable replacement. Under no circumstances can we go into 2021 season with what we have got. It would wreck all the recruiting work we have done this off season.
Going with what we have got ?? the best bet would be the temptation to go with the untried Reid and that is not a satisfactory solution IMO. I am hoping that Reid will turn out to be a very handy recruit but not thrown into the key forward position from the outset.
There just has to be someone out there who could be attracted to the club. and who is a more than capable replacement who would help maintain the integrity of the best 22 onfield.
