Hmmm another monster from EP, 206cm and 100kg's. 19 yr old. Originally from Karratha, clearly our zones don't produce much tall timber we are always looking to bring them in from elsewhere.

I thought that he came from Swans DD ???

He did come from SD Smokey, he played Colts for us a couple of seasons ago.
Has ability but needed to lose a lot of weight then.

Thanks for that BH. I hope he has been working on that as well as on his rucking & marking skills. You don't get a 206cm player every day of the week. If he has ability we can work with that. At 100kg I would not have thought him too overweight for his height but if losing a few kg and building his tank helps well and good.

Smokey, 100kg was his playing weight. I was told when he first appeared on the colts list earlier in the year that his weight had jumped up considerably and he needed a lot of work to get it down. He ended up playing for Kingsley i’m tld (or was going to anyway) so hopefully some of the weight came off

In other news, the club has confirmed fraser is a done deal and signed on for 3 years. Bloody brilliant!

Yes Fraser is now on our list.

Wow, thanks for that Satan. We have been sweating on that. Great news, he is very important to our 2021 campaign. Any word on what it cost us???

He is off our list but still on the WAFL list.

The events in the off season have confirmed for me that we have a good working relationship with WCE.
Very happy to have retained all 3 players.
I may be wrong but I believe that with a much improved midfield Eyres may be able to give us some breathing space to develop these tall youngsters.
In the meantime we need to pressure the Club for a ruck coach.
The only think that may be complicating that may be any "soft cap", which I am not sure about.

May be that is something I can ask at the AGM.
