Yep, was a great player, in fact superior player, at colts level. Could find the ball, had strength and was a decent kick. Didn't stick around much after colts. I recall there was maybe some beef with another player - may be wrong on that. He can play so WP might be getting a bargain if he's switched on.

Does anyone know if Smith, Bird and Langlands are over here and training.
Hopefully not held up in the east with COVID.

Smith has been here for a while as I understand. Langlands only recently arrived. I don't know about his covid status. Hopefully he has done his isolation and is on the track.
Have not been able to find any info on Bird.

Is that Lathlain as in PFC or as in WCE ?
I had heard that he is training with Perth.
With careful management he would be a huge in.

Thanks Satan. That is huge for the club as well as for Elijah.
I am sure that Changa and Cookie will provide a lot of support for him as well as others within the footy department and the playing group as a whole.
It will be a big challenge for him both on and off the field. A return to AFL in the future will depend on how well he adapts to the club and team environment as much as his performances on field.

Bonus as a 1 point player goes some way as compensation for losing Loersh. VFL clubs must not have shown too much enthusiasm as I thought might be the case. Hopefully he knuckles down and turns his life around. Still got time on his side for an AFL return if he is prepared to do the work and be patient. I don’t think one good season in the WAFL is going to cut it for AFL clubs.

I confess I've never seen Taylor play. Does he have the tank for midfield? Is he a goal kicker? Or would he be best suited to using his skills coming off half back like Davis or Jetta? That's assuming, of course, that he will get a league game at all, but hopefully he'll be out to impress. As others have said, he's a one point player, so if nothing else he will add to our depth at little cost.

Goal kicker with good hands and quick on his feet. Should have stints in the midfield as well. I think what will adhere him to his team mates and AFL scouts is doing the team things and not trying to take Mark of the year or kick goal of the year.
