Same for me 58, we get our 2nd AZ early Sept. had a trip booked to the Gold Coast with friends but that's gone to shite with the NSW virus invading SE Qld, changed the holiday to good old Rotto.

The push for a vaccine card for more freedom is gathering momentum, for me it's a no brainer.
Disappointed that the money hungry AFL wont look at a no vax no ticket policy for AFL games. that would be a massive incentive for any of the footy numpties to go get vaxed asap. NRL should be doing the same, in fact all sports that charge for entry, like basketball, netball and the like.

Now that’s a good idea.  Most Aussies and foreigners in Australia have some sort of sporting interest.  If we had to show a card to get into your game, that would be one hell of an incentive to get the jab.

Whilst absolutely tragic it is a wake up call to EVERY young Australian who thinks they don’t need to get vaccinated when a young man in his 20’s who was unvaccinated has died suddenly from Covid in Sydney and last week a 38 year old man.

Wake up you young ones, you are not bulletproof.

It seems very curious how some media personalities are so concerned and wondering how anyone can survive on the COVID-19 lockdown payment but don't seem to have the same concerns for those who are on unemployment benefits.

Not a lot of sense out there from some quarters Swan, we even have the fed opposition leader wanting the government to fork out $300 as a vax incentive!! given this virus has arrived from overseas, not our doing, I think the Government has been very generous with the tax payers purse with the initial and current Covid financial support plus the hundreds of millions of dollars being spent on the free vax programme that is finally appearing to be getting some momentum. A cash incentive is not just insulting but also not fiscally responsible, the billions it would cost would be better spent on supporting those in dire need, something you would think a Labour leader would surely see as a priority, rather than a thought bubble headline grabbing idiotic idea.

I think you will find the majority of those under 40 won't meet the criteria for the current phase of the vaccination roll out DD.
