Fox +Kayo ratings have gone through the roof.The Sydney and Melbourne derby's rated over 350,00O viewers.Perth vs 6ers semi well over 300,000 viewers..All Scorchers games have been well viewed.
That's without CH7 that would have higher ratings than pay Tv.. According to Newsweek combined Tv ratings have hit over 800,000 viewers a dozen times this season.
And 7 happy as the Big Bash smashed the Tennis ,Australian open in the ratings war.However no Ash Barty or Kyrgios hurt the Tennis ratings.

Geez, gonna be some heat in the Furnace Saturday night.

I must admit that I gave Brisbane Heat no chance of beating the Sixers at the SCG but thanks to their bowling group and a steadying knock by Neser when they were wobbly, they managed to get through to the final. The Sixers played as if they were just going through the motions before their trip to Perth and by the time they realised they were in trouble it was too late. Classic case of complacency.

Hopefully the Scorchers will take note of this game, as it shows no matter how much of a hot favourite you are in a match, anything can happen in 20/20 cricket and the Heat are playing confidently at the moment.
If the Scorchers play with the same intensity that they have in most games this season they should be too good for the Heat, especially with 50000 supporters screaming for them.

Hopefully the Heat played their final last night.  Scorchers won’t want to feel over confident because they’ll be going in as favourites.

Kelly will probably come in to replace Morris as the only change with Hardie, Connelly and Turner to share the 5th bowler duties depending on what the wicket is doing.
39 degrees tomorrow points to a "bat first" type day. Runs on the board in a final is always an advantage as well as being able to bowl and field in the early evening when it will be a little cooler.
