apart from maybe at best one or two extra wa draft picks, how will this help the wa footy community as a whole?

Will bolster supply in 16s 17s junior comps, bolster waafl colts system and keep more youth in football.

Paid coaches developing youth in a TAC style comp. Most wafl development coaches can't get a gig at local junior/ amateur clubs.

Ask yourself how many kids that train at wafl colts actually go on to play league??

Wrong. Grass roots football is where my interest is. Proper community football, not wafl.

I'll start Less than 2% , I would suggest wafl clubs with there volunteer coaches have a poor track record of developing talent.
