Assuming this goes ahead where are the WAFL clubs going to get their players from? Will there be two sets of zones - ie the 6 new zones for this new fangled comp as well as the WAFL zones so clubs can still lay claim to players that fail to get drafted?

Or will the WAFL clubs be fighting each other to recruit players after they are done with by the AFL system?

I think with the TAC, the zones apply still so after they've finished they revert back to the VFL club. So a SF and EF kid may play for Southern whatever in the new comp but revert to their zoned club after

Yes from what I understand their is something like zones in the TAC Cup. Sandringham Dragons head to Sandringham Football Club etc....
