a team with 13 local players, no extra points concessions vs a team with 3 local players(Hughes did play reserves with them last year and couldnt get a league game), points concessions and a bunch of afl listed players.

what sort of compettion are we invovled in ?

Peel dont have to play their local players, dont have to have the same points and dont have to pay back their debts - i would question the intellect of anyone who reckons what happened to Peel and EP on the weekend as being good for the WAFL.

Larry Bird wrote: I watched the match and was supporting Swan Districs. The coverage was fine in my opinion, but a small crowd and a cow paddock certainly took away from the feel. I would say the match never reached any great standard and the AFL talent lifted in the last quarter to win the match. Jukes was a highlight in the match for me. Very talented boy, Swans can really produce exciting players.

Larry I may be wrong but I think Jukes originally came from the East Fremantle district and may have even played colts with them. Same with Cary. Both of them have played all their senior football with Swans though. Very talented lads. Jukes takes a very good contested mark for his size.

Jukesy played at east freo colts along with about 3-4 others who are at other WAFL clubs(Yeo, Hancock, Tropiano ?)
Swans got him from an ammo club after that.
Cary was recruited from Trinity ammos

This is a fraudulent comp too and any flags won by Peel or ERT are null and void in my book. Fast losing interest in even giving a fuck anymore. Like Harding said at 3Qt "this is a huge quarter coming up for a community based club" showing what he and the majority think about it other than a few delusional Peelmantle fans and Roygals fans if they have any remaining. Wont be attending the league GF this year for the first time if SD or WP are not in there. I will hopefully be celebrating an SD Colts and ressies flag, a true reflection on a successful club

I call bs...if that was the case you blokes were very very quiet. Looked to me that it was very much like the last Subi game down there but there was actually more ppl in the outer than there was on Sunday.

Well unless they could fit more than about 1500 in the stands then I would say it probably wasn't.
