If I had of known he would turn on SD all these years later I would have kicked his arse when he was a little 10yo grommet trying to get a ride and a kick amongst us older kids at the park.

I reckon the influence of his Mrs family has rubbed off on Embley DW with her old man having both a WART & a FART connection!

BH...If that's the case it's about time Embers showed some balls and stood up to the in-laws

What is the basso way, beating her up?

Seriously I think Embers loves Swans and he is just using the old reverse phycology theory to help get SD over the line. I hope SD smash that mob tomorrow. I should be back from my Sunday morning bakery & coffee run to watch it. Bloody ridiculous time for a league football game.

I hope you were joking with the above comment Jars as I most certainly would not be advocating that message at all!

Thanks BH forgot about 2008......

No worries mate ..but it takes some doing having all 3 grades make the GF in the same year and then lose all 3!! :pinch:

Which club would that be BH? Would Freezin know the answer?

I dare say he would know the answer 42. :cheer:

Is that why Freezin has gone offline?

Who will you be supporting Swan ?, this must be a hard one for you, cheering for one player one week , a swap of jumpers and booing him the next!

Bazza you are barking up the wrong tree. I have ALWAYS supported Swan Districts and will continue to do so for as long as we both continue to exist. I have never tipped against Swans nor have I had a bet against Swans. Black and white through and through.

Being a docker lover and at the same time an avid critic of the afl machine and the the two AFL monsters that gave rise to the host club deal and then being confronted with the dilemma played out live on a wafl ground is truly a fence sitting, cross vesting, split un committed quandary for even the most committed of confused leftists. Im certainly glad i dont have the same split loyalties. WAFL all the way.

Bazza a few years ago I gave some consideration to becoming a Dockers' member. I decided against it primarily because if there was a clash between a Swan Districts' match and a Dockers' match I WOULD ALWAYS GO TO the Swans' game. Hence my decision not to become a Dockers' member. There is no conflict: it will always be Swan Districts.

Yes very much tongue in cheek mate, just a joke.
Much like saying bombo valley boys wear ugg boots to their own wedding. Though that may be true in some cases :P

Geez I thought we had them when Cary kicked that goal from the boundary line, but the Dockers had a bit more run and polish in the end. Probably playing catch up footy took its toll as well, but it was a very courageous spirited performance by the Swans boys in the 2nd half.

Unfortunately their skills in the first half were not up to scratch, too many indiscriminate kicks into the forward line which made it easy for the opposition defence, once they started to lower their eyes and hit targets it looked a different game. The reality is though we lost by 11 points and now it appears we are just fighting for 4th or 5th spot.

Armchair ride from the umpires with 10 more free kicks than Peel and you still couldn't get over the line.

Maybe the umps were looking for a Mandurah based player to give a kick to and they couldn't find one
