My name is Loves-A-Goal, and apart from being an addicted goal-kicker, I am an alcoholic, I gamble most weekends and Boobs are also one of the things I enjoy most in my life.

Wow - and I said OzFooty was boring at the start of this post!!!

Well done to the winners on the weekend. Will do a write up later this week.
Loves kicking goals, passing them off is only an option.

Was interesting to hear the Quinns coach tell the Canning coach after the game that the Tigers got Quinns on a bad day and see you in 2 weeks. Canning dominated the game for 3 quarters and gave the bulls a sniff in the second quarter. Before the game even stared Quinns showed Canning no respect and that seemed the fire the Tigers up. Well deserved win and a promotion to C1 to a team that's been so close for so long.

Seems it was an interesting weekend of footy for C2. People need to remember that games are won and lost in hundreds of different moments throughout the game, not some bad ones at the end of the game.

25 min is 25min , not 26 and a half and kick the goal AFTER the siren. Imagine if you were on the receiving end?

The hang your heads comment was a reversal of a cheap comment against MP. I made it quite clear. Take it as that alone, my comment would not have been made without the prior comment. All said, you breached the rules, got away with it, and given a reward for it!
Let it be known the momentum was with Mossies when the illegal player was called out. It was not in MPs interest to stall the match, nor the intent.
Feel free to jump on as honorary Quinns fans and root against us next week. But quit it with the cheap accusations.

Where has Young88 came across with "cheap accusations" He has put things from his perspective on paper and done it very well.

I have absolute no allegiance to any side here, but you come across as that only your opinion matters

And as i stated our manager approached the umpires at half time and asked if he was allowed to start in the third quarter because we were unsure of the ruling. So i dont know how we breached the rules?? If anything we did the right thing by asking the question.

At no stage have i bagged mossie park and i did not say they have done anything wrong/ accused them of anything. I did not say they called a head count to stop play or change momentum. If anything the umpires needed to be clearer on when time starts or stops. But yet again ur happy to have ur say without exposing ur name so your credibility is equal to ZERO.

Gday Youngy... this is my first and probably last post on OzFooty so I dont mind disclosing myself either. I play in the ruck for Mossies wear #10 and have played all three games against Basso this year including on saturday.

It was one of the strangest games I've ever been involved in and all thee MP v Basso games this year have been decided in the last couple of minutes so a tight and controversial finish was unsurprising!

My observations;

a) The umpires decision to call a head count was wrong and not what we were asking them to do, we just wanted your #2 off the field caus he was still serving a yellow
b) The umpires handling of the incorrect head count therefore was also wrong and he shouldve paid you guys a 50 and reported our captain
c) Any extra time due to the couple minutes lost by the count shouldve been agreed on by both camps at the direction of the umpire and at 3/4 time all watches & timers set accordingly, which wasnt done
d) The MP time keeper probably shouldnt have been on the balcony with a beer in hand, and Bassendean shouldve provided a second time keeper which wasnt done either
e) Yeah the umpires made some shithouse calls in the last quarter, but there's three certainty's in life... death, taxes, and shit umpiring decisions
f) Both teams couldve shut the game out themselves in the last 5 mins but we all kept kicking behinds and putting it out on the full regardless of umpiring decisions

So in summary it was a complete an utter umpiring and administrative balls-up, which is a shame for the players because all 44 blokes gave it a real crack and I thought the game was played in a pretty good spirit for a close ammo's final.

But as the record stands this year at Mosman Park 3 - Bassendean 0 the fact we're through to a prelim and you blokes are celebrating your mad monday is probably a fair result.

Anyway Youngy enjoy your summer, might see you next year but if all go's to plan we'll be premiers in 2 weeks and back up to C1 !

(opinions my own and not of MPFC)
