On the incident and the media, it is bit similar to the 'other Barry Hall incident' and the 'Judd incident'. Hall punched a defender in the stomach behind the play, and yet, the AFL, in its wisdom let him play in the grand final. Eagles fans should remeber that because they bitched about it at the time and it cost them the flag.

Yes , the one that has alreadh ruled the strike as Intentiinal and the impact as Severe , Christian has already stated all conditions have been meet to make it as the most severe offence to come before the tribunal, thats all that matters , Gaff now has two choices PG and get a one week discount and accept the Tribunals ruling as above or PNG and fight the charge if he disagrees with Intentiin and Impact.

Also interesting Bugg impact was only rated at High, Brayshaw for obvious reasons Severe ,,,Bugg got 7 down to 6 for a early plea.

Gaff can expect a heap.

as I said...the intention criterion has already been ruled upon by Michael Christian and he's given it the most severe ranking possible. Gaff can argue all he likes he didn't intend to hit Brayshaw in the head but the tribunal will most likely not take it into account given the action and the outcome....we'll all see I guess.

The media are out of control. Basil Zemplis destroyed any inch of credibility he had left tonight. Go watch the interview if u haven't.

Those that are are trying to make a feeble argument that Gaff intended to punch him in the chest including the likes of Cary and Judd is laughable. If Gaff's aim or eyesight is that bad he would have trouble tying his own shoe laces. He landed his fist exactly where it was intended and it was out of character and a massive brain fade. End of story.
