20 years ago when the Aussies carried on like India does today we were proud of Steve Waugh and his players for making the other side "mentally disintegrate" based on the way they treated them on the field.

We were bullies on the cricket field back then and the public loved it......

I think we should respect India and they way they go about it.

Remember there is always a bigger bully out there. Right now its India trying to be like Australia has always been. If that upsets you then turn off the TV and watch something else.

Me I thought it was a great test match, and if our players don't like getting send-off's then they need to consider their own actions.

It was fine in the third innings when we were giving their batters a sendoff.

As for the skipper, call it a brain fade, a brain fart or just cheating, his comments afterwards indicate he knows he got caught doing the wrong thing.

And apparently he was too inarticulate to be able to succinctly tell S Marsh to request a DRS review. Mind boggling.

I think Kohli has a point to be honest. The fact that Handscomb took the blame on twitter for "misleading" his far more experienced captain who should have known the rule makes me a little suspicious. Sutherland's officious statement was a waste of newsprint and reinforced my opinion of him as a pompous prat. ICC should at least conduct an independent investigation into this issue.

As for the selectors, words fail me really. Taking a player under an injury cloud to India makes no sense at all. Especially when Mitch Marsh was a fringe player at best. Now they are going to replace him with a like for like such as Henriques, Stonis or Cartright. Whoever it is will join Agar, Bird and Swepson on the bench for a few weeks . Remember Cartright, he was in Australia's first XI in January but not in their first 16 in February. Honestly they are making it up as they go along.

I see BH is missing in action at the moment; but surely Steve Smith would have tried to take all the heat and not try to throw Handscomb under the bus?

Nothing to see here 42 been given the all clear by the ICC....still yet to see any Aussie cricketer face a ban and or just meekly/softly give up in the middle of a game unlike a couple of tennis flogs I can think of!

I'm with you mate. I love Kohli and the way he gives the precious Aussies a taste of their own medicine and th y don't like it. Hope India smash the Aussies in the next two

They are all prima donas...all bad as each other...just play the game...sometimes the rubbish they go on about is way over played...you think they were doing something remotely important the way they carry on.

well said mate...I agree completely...it's time they all got over themselves. I can understand the hype in somewhere like India where cricket is almost a religion but here in Oz it's just something to do between WAFL footy seasons... ;-)
