Not sure there is much point in arbitration.
A contract is a contract move on.
There is only one possible breach there.

Subi don't give a toss about clubs who haven't played finals for 20 odd years or clubs who haven't won flags for 20 plus years....why should they?...EF and Perth are mere specks in the rear view mirror of the Subi footy club...

There's no arbitration regarding the "Subiaco rules". The commission has detailed who and what we can and cant recruit and under what coonditions and thats that. Normal horse trading between clubs (all other WAFL clubs)is subject to arbitration in certain circumstances and the Perth/EF stoush could well be such a situation.
