..definitely gonna be a spicy meet between these two sides in 2020.

...geez I wouldn't blame Strnadica going to Subi if EF finished 8th or 9th....what's your next scenario mate?

Landlords usually are the owner. Do you think Perth FC own the player? Sounds not only draconian - sounds daft if you think they can force a player to play.

Have it your way bud. Like a tenant ‘desperately clinging’ to his lease to stop his landlord kicking him out.

You and your club are not v clever.

The situation has nought to do with me. I have one thought on the matter and that is there is no point in keeping a player who does not want to be there - which is precisely what Perth FC is doing.

Ok, lets say the arbitrator agrees with you, bad luck Perth yeh yeh we know he's contracted but look he just doesn't want to play for you anymore, take your 10k transfer fee and be happy with it and let Mr Leggett play for EF.

Fast forward 12 months, Subi have been denied again by a rampaging WCE or Peel reserves side laced with tall timber and Subi president says I've had enough of this shit, this injustice. Go out and get whoever you can I want some ruckmen and tall marking forwards.

Somehow the Subi FM just happens to bump into Strnadica in his day to day job as a Pepsi rep and says hey mate look what i've got in my brown paper bag, not only that can set you up in a nice new Condo rent free. All of a sudden the CONTRACTED AND REQUIRED Strnadica says I'm unhappy at Shark Shit Park, blames the facilities and another 8th, 9th place finish.

You happy to grant him his wishes even though he is a contracted and required player?

Enjoyable little read that DD but a hypothetical situation - let's stick with reality shall we?

Round 5 Freez...I can't wait especially if the arbitrator clears Leggett to EF. Subi is playing up at Arena Jerkalup so I'll definitely be at Horse Shit Park for this one. :-)

Might even fly over BC...Perhaps the Perth boys can have a whip round the week before at loaded MRP to pay for my airfare.....be more than happy to sit with them and have some banter....

Ti Em, are you dense or just obtuse? The landlord analogy (pay attention, Freezin) was quite apt. We do not suggest we own Leggett. We are saying that we and Leggett have a contractual relationship which binds both parties to certain obligations. If Perth have breached our part of the bargain, Leggett may be entitled to be relieved of his. If that's what you think, please tell us in what way Perth have breached. Otherwise, back to the analogy: if a tenant wants to break a lease, his obligations under it continue until such time as the property can be leased to another person. The new tenant has to be suitable to the landlord. So it is with Leggett: if you provide us with a comparable player who will do essentially what Leggett was contracted to do, he will be released. A player, like Quill, who will play reserves all season is not in that category. Nor would two or even three reserves players cut it. We have enough home grown list cloggers without taking on yours.

Teddy...thanks for that mate I feel enlightened and empowered now....tho your analogy was boring as all fark....but that doesn't surprise me....you sound like a fella who gives a fark more than necessary....actually most of you Perth boys do...but bit harsh on Quill there mate the last list clogger to come from EF reserves was Tropiano mate....I didn't see EF stand in his way, he was contracted, wanted out and EF respected that...and the rest is history....3 spoons later, a Sandover, Trops moved on to NA to win a flag....obviously EF and Perth weren't gonna deliver him a flag any time soon....especially Perth, because Tropiano did win an EF colts flag and played in a Foxtel GF at EF...and won no spoons either at EF...

I am more interested in DD hypothetical scenario with Strnadica....so the facilities are crap,EF are skint, EF finished 8/9th and Strnadica is unhappy and contracted and a stronger club wants him....whilst MRP facilities are top notch, the club is laden with money, Perth finished 6th by a bees dick and Leggett is unhappy and contracted and wants to go to a weaker club....I can see why Strnadica wants to go, but why does Leggett want to go?.....he must be one very unhappy fella in my eyes...yet Perth feel the need to make a stand....well played Perth

Well how many times has the contract been mentioned now? - you sound like a stuck record. Question is how well has it been working for you since last season ended? How well is the player training and how many games do you see him playing for your club this season?

Stand.....Stance...all the same STT...

As for deportation status....left Perth to travel the world back in the 90s and loved it....what was your reason for staying in WA and spending the last 40 odd winters watching the PFC?....
