Thankfully Clanger and Dela are still around otherwise the ruck would be very thin. I heard Bestry had pulled the pin, is that right, he would have had plenty of opportunities if his form was good enough with Stocks hanging up the boots.

Still no word if Essenscum are looking at Grimley? if he goes that leaves a big hole to fill but as was the case last year our flag was based on having by far the strongest meanest defence so hopefully it's still a case that more often than not teams cant score a winning score against us.

Heard that Essendon spoke to Grimley and he came back with "can you guarantee me a game each week?" They said no, therefore he is staying put.

Great to see the Rolls Royce in Joyce back but Deluca not playing is a big big loss.

No one should be guaranteed a game.The money would be better at Essendon and he will be given an opportunity to show if he can cut the mustard. would be stupid if he stayed at subi.

Maybe after having a taste of a well run professional club like Subi he's not keen to take a backward step by going to that tainted shambles of a club Essendrugs.
