Guests are welcome from NT,SA+Tasmania.Port Adelaide making the GF would be a good result for Wa.

I don't think they'll have any problems filling the stadium Gtr. In fact, the fewer from the ES the better as it will give more opportunities for WA footy fans a chance to get tickets.

Interesting DC is Port Adelaide lose the prelim to Western Bulldogs or Brisbane.Dont think to many South Aussies will come to Perth.
I've got tickets for Friday night.Front section row 8 section 125...$178 for two tickets..There all sold out in that area ..They sold today the tickets are going quick for Friday night.Could be a sellout. 

A hugely momentous spectacle for West Oz.  It’s wonderful that we can show off our great stadium to a few other countries ….just hope we don’t live to regret it.  But maybe I worry too much.

With the average Wafl Grand Final attendances substantially declining since the mid 1980's, it has become quite concerning! Let's hope the big Wafl day is heavily promoted and given plenty and plenty of air, like other events. Serious questions will need asking if a crowd under 30,000 for the Grand Final. Am I asking too much?

I hope McGoo gives a huge shout out to Colin Barnett for his vision and foresight which is allowing this to happen but somehow I don't think he will.

would that before or after the debt is repaid and the ongoing disaster that is our health system is fixed (which I do not assign to any one government but the last 10)

100% A lot of folks already saying this is effectively Barnetts GF, no Barnett no Optus no gf.

 

Tickets will sell out in 2 mins flat just from local WA fans alone, no need for eastern states, fewer the better.

The AFL GF here will utterly smother the local footy, sorry mate but this won't help the WAFL and the chances of people spending twice to rock up for two GFs in two weekends are slim.
