No offence taken Larry Bird & I don't want to know the inner workings of that AFL reserves club tbh anecdotal or not
Just about every single person in the league knows what Howson engineered

MO, SD had no other choice to do what they did, especially after they had made such a farken balls up in the first place.....be interested to see what fans think yet of SD if they dont achieve this year what they did last year....you guys have set yourself a pretty high benchmark, I hope you guys can replicate what you achieved in 2014 in 2015....couple of low par seasons could see you guys back to old habits......

I guess EP view the success of their decision to align with WCE on the results so far.....consectutive GF appearances, large end of year profits.......yeah the members may be pissed and dismayed, but business is business come end of the day.......dont like it and thank fark EF aint gone down that road, but if EF had gone down that road, I cant see how I could just suddenly stop supporting them after 40 odd years........reckon most long term fans would be the same.....its in your blood.

So you're saying Swans are debt free now? Good news.

how does that make you feel about the alignment, knowing this is an example of what to expect at EP now? You yourself see a player develop like that and then at the business end they leave for fear of limited opportunities. Im curious to know what you think.

Unlike others I still see EP development and colts as the place to be, my interest in the league waned a number of years ago when we recruited, recruited and kept recruiting and spending money for no result. The opportunities for the colts then were less than they are now, some forget that!

I recall a game at moss street where we had 15 non ep players against a similar number in blue and white.

so your continual bleating abt development and opportunities is just a bleating from a someone who chooses to to forget the past.

Just as an side to these comments don't be surprised to see one of last years colts being given a chance in coming weeks, mmmm the boy may regret the move!

East Perth have appealed the arbitrators decision. East Perth now want to put forward an oral submission to the arbitrator next week. Keitel still cant train with the club until the matter is resolved.

Wrong Winger. From Yahoo Sports:

The result was the second blow for the Falcons this week after another setback in their bid to recruit teenage East Perth forward Tyler Keitel.

"The AFL draft prospect had been ruled eligible for transfer by arbitrators, but the Royals have once again blocked his transfer, this time launching a protest in regards to the process rather than the decision.

The case is expected to be finalised next week."

Grump mu beef is how the host club alignment prostitutes the integrity of the WAFL competition. Until the WAFC realise that then we will continue to go backwards until the competition dies.

That was reported in the West last week. Yes you are right but now East Perth want to submit their protest orally and not in writing. The original argument presented to the arbitrator was pages and pages of statements.

The Keitel stalemate should be finalised on Monday. Mr Percy representing East Perth has presented East Perth's argument verbally.
