Well done West Perth, great win and a deserving Premiership.

There has never been a time in the history of WAFL GF were the supporters of the other clubs have rallied and wished for a team to defeat other so much, like they did for Falcons.

This was more than a win for West Perth, it was also a win for the G7 clubs.

Ps. Cardy I love your passion. Cheers. Enjoy the win.

Congrats to Brent Le Cras for being chosen as the West Coast Poly Country Player of 2013. Hard to go past winning the JJ Lussick Medal for League Fairest and Best in the Central Midlands FL (96 goals 14 games). Landmark Division 3 Fairest and Best (20 Goals). 9 goals in Cervantes Grand Final win. — with Brent LeCras and Glen Jakovich.

Outstanding win by WPFC. Monachops has stuck it right up every one. He was always the right coach. Ken Judge knows stuff all. This Club amazes me that they just always seem to get things right when so many others fail and on a limited budget. Well done, well played.

No shit ! We have already discussed the possible outcome of a SD v WP Granny.

I believe Nathan Van Berlo was celebrating with a West Perth Jumper on and very down Dizzy was also at the celebrations. The boys were geeing him up, I can understand why he was down.

I would say Stockers was the same.. as he could of taken Fowlers place up front and been there for Chris.. Should of been in the side considering his Prendergast medal and record.

In thinking back over West Perth's season, one of the things that I noticed was that whenever they faced a 'crunch' game or their position on the ladder was threatened during the season, they were able to come out with a win to shore up their position.

On two occasions during the season they went to Shark Park after having lost their previous two games and knowing that another defeat would put them in a precarious situation. They managed to win both these games against East Fremantle, not normally an easy task for an away team.

Later in the season, they went to Bassendean to face Swans who were on a winning streak and threatening to challenge for 2nd spot. Again the Falcons came away with a win.

Finally in round 19 they had to play the Royals who were gathering momentum and defeat for West Perth could have meant they would drop to 3rd on the ladder. They were far too strong and won by 30 points.

Overall, I think it was their ability to lift for the crucial games that stood the Falcons in good stead for the pressure packed finals that they played.

Considering the weather Stockley would have been a liability I reckon, Fowler played his role and kicked crucial goals, cant ask for any more than that

Fowler kicked 2 goals fed to him and one was when the game was over. Loved his dance steps though
