oops looks like Fraser McInnes has been cleared to West Coast.

Why do you say points won't be a problem, Smokey? Masten, Delahunty and Murphy come to 27. Clarke would make it 39. We only have 110 to play with and we used about 90 last season. Is Delahunty confirmed? He is listed as number 99 on the website. Or can we get some special dispensation from the WAFC for the loss of McInnes?

Don't think we would talk to him if we can't do a deal.
Ted on the WAFL site Delahunty doesn't appear.
He was confirmed by the Club but obviously his clearance not through yet.

When you google him he was on the WAFL site as a Perth player.
He has now been removed.
Maybe his clearance was refused.

Ted I think Delahunty is only 5 points.
I think he has only played 16 games for NT Thunder.
Most of his football has been played in Country Victoria.

I hope you're right, DF, but the article Townsend wrote at the end of October said he was 10 points.

There does appear to be a lot of confusion regarding what points we have available.
By my last count we had 68players listed. I am not sure how many will be on the final squad.
There are quite a few ins listed who will cost points. It is going to come down to how many will remain after the final cut.
If we are bidding for Clarke we must also be working out how to fit him in.. It may well come down to the point where we may need compensation for the loss of McInnes to WCE as you suggested.
At this stage I put my faith in our recruiting people to work it all out.
