Now I must be careful here.
Samuel Stubbs does not appear tall. He looks about the height and build of Sokol.
The clips I have seen it appears that he moves a bit like Sokol and can play tall.
Now, I am NOT suggesting he is anywhere near in the same class, just giving my impression from what I saw. We will have to wait and see what he can bring to the table and what impact he can have.

I have more faith in those in charge at the Club than in the past.
Time will tell if he is any good.
I am sure he would not have been recruited if he didn't have promise.
I trust that decision more than in the past.

As for Sesko, he was the supposed replacement for Judas Maguire. That worked out a treat indeed

Recruiting seems pretty aggressive to date. Masten should have impact on and off field with standards and professionalism, don’t know a lot about Murphy but others on here seem to rate. Couple of others from lesser comps which means nothing and hopefully they both turn out to be solid contributors. Love the fact both are forwards and seems like recruiting has been specific to our needs in that regard. Saw the post re: McGuiness. I’ve made my thoughts known previously about him staying at WCE, but hopefully sanity and family ties prevail and he will be the key forward, back up ruck we desperately require. Appreciate he is no game breaker, but we need that workhorse that presents, clunks a few and provides a contest and brings ball to advantage of our little blokes.
