I have seen you and your mates in action DD, absolute cowards and your bully boy tactics on here sum you up perfectly. You should have your account deleted for being abusive. You would think Malaxos has had enough, watching him on game day he doesn't seem to be enjoying coaching.

pretty sure Ayres coached over 220 games in the AFL for Geelong/Adelaide Mr AFL, pretty sure Port paid Ayres a pretty good wage for coaching them....could Perth do the same?......surely an AFL development coach wouldn't go backwards to a lower league and a lower pay packet to further his career?......yeah an ex AFL player who doesn't score a development or assistants job in the AFL maybe......that would be like an aspiring lawyer in a big firm seeking opportunities for Citizens Advice or Legal Aid for next to nothing career or pay wise....definitely a man doing on a good deed but nothing else!!.... ;)

That he probably would have been Freezin. Brent Guerra who has been spoken about as both a potential South Fremantle and Perth coach is a development coach at the Hawks.

didn't realise that mate about Guerra.....thought he was doing some coaching in the country......touch wood you boys get a good un......though I do think at times some of you perth fans do over rate some of your players at time.....not a criticism, just an observation, easy to do though when you are willing so hard for some success!! :)

I think every club over rates players at times. The main thing that frustrates me this year is that we have shown we can play good football but are not able to sustain it. Was it fitness, game plan or the lack of ability with some of our players to execute the skills required when needed most. Probably a combination of all three.

We have lost 7 or 8 games this year that we were really in with a chance of winning. Alas we did not win them for the reasons listed above but say we had of won 5 of them and we are sitting on 8 wins for the year. This means still no finals but you are there about.

Our backline has been completely pillaged this year when it has come to injuries and that probably says why we have had the most points kicked against us.

I guess what I'm trying to get at is that it seems like in some aspects we could be close to pushing for the finals in 2015 and in other aspects it seems like we are miles off.

It's kind of weird, you don't really know what to expect. But hey that's been Perth for years, never knowing what to expect. :)

you gotta wonder why they would extend it..are they expecting Clarko or Ross Lyon to come on the market between now and then? Obviously they're hoping for an AFL assistant to become available due to a clean out of coaching personnel for teams not making the 8 but reckon it's wishful thinking given that process doesn't normally start until much later...anyway, I'm sure they have good reasons. I'm hoping you get a good coach as you guys deserve it.

Just want to hear some positive news regarding the club. Ideally you would want your coach sorted sometime in the next two weeks and your recruiting sorted by early December.

Tell me guys, is it a full time position that is being advertised or is it part time? If you want a good coach with possible AFL experience I would have thought you need to offer a full time position, otherwise why will someone leave an AFL club for 30K per year?

They don't get the experience they need full time at a footy club coaching, and they need to find other interests to supplement their income.....which takes their mind off coaching

What abuse? Telling you to run along? If that's abuse if I wanted to I could turn you into vapour. We're you that crusty old Eagles reserves supporter sitting in the Perth members area impersonating an East Perth supporter?

If anyone should be banned it is you from sticking your nose where it isn't welcome. You posted your mischievous rumours, that's fine but when you start saying maybe it appeals to Dean Cox because of "the inevitable alignment" you are clearly here talking shit.
