absolutely one hundered percent agree Bazza. They have Hird on toast and they let him off. Esssentially the AFL is saying that no such PED's were administered when the overwhelming evidence suggests they were. I have some sympathy for the players as obviously they weren't aware what they were getting but even so, they should have been suspicious when signing waivers but Hird getting rubbed out is a no brainer.

Agree mate.. Always found it strange that when I first read of it when they took the Supplements they were not illegal? How can you make an offence an offence when at the time it wasnt an offence.

The AFL have shown they are a pack of incompetant bastards and we can now see why the Greek got out when it got HOT!

Now for the damages claims from the players and Hird.. against ASADA ... It will come to Millions and being a Government agency it will cost the Tax Payers.
Sounds like another mass sacking of a board will be in order.

Essendon people are also tax payers so it will cost them as well if you use that theory.

Hopefully ASADA appeal and take it to CAS, they have 21 days I believe.

Well said. Get over it. There was NO PROOF of any illegal doings. Those calling Essendon ' Drug cheats" could be subject to LIBEL. Great result for all.
