Grump..he's had ample time to get our hospitals ready for any and all variants of the virus including delta and omicron.  For example, he could have allocated a couple of hospitals to receive covid patients only with specialist staffing and the latest equipment.  He chose not to and kept the borders closed instead.  He has done nothing to get the state ready and has now backed himself into a corner where he can't open the place up as the result will be catastrophic.

BC not denying his mistakes but just pointing out that perhaps he is no worse but a bit better than others. I would still rather than be here.

Grump I don't particularly care what happens over there as we have no control over it but what I do know is this bloke has no idea on what to do other than close borders.

BC caring abt the other side of the country effects everything in WA and how he decides his next steps. Perhaps if the NSW and VIC governments had made better decisions we would not have the continuing need for sneakers to make such a decision but I am sure you and others will disagree as is your will.

So you're quite comfortable that we're all locked away for the foreseeable future with no travel, interstate sport, businesses struggling for lack of tourists dollars, can't connect with family and friends who don't reside in this place and the list goes on all because of the incompetence of McClown and Cooked who couldn't get our health system ready after 2 years?   So that's all ok with you is it?  If so, then I find it extremely disappointing.

Pretty comfortable, its about 98% on the positive and about 2% on the negative for my reckoning,

Fair enough Grump but it's a global pandemic which is everywhere and will be here too before we all know it so McClown posturing that he's keeping us all safe is a nonsense.

What incentive is there now for people to get the booster or get kids vaccinated.
Zero.
Meanwhile soon plenty of us will be on shot no4 to keep him happy.
And eastern states are out there watching live sport whenever they want and we have nothing, it’s messed up

I think the whole point is we need to get booster numbers up, that was obvious weeks ago, I kept saying the States vax roll out has been far to slow, the booster makes a big difference from what we know the 4th shot makes very little.

Hopefully we have WAFL up and running in April you can watch live sport in the meantime go to the races.
