Most borders in Aus have been open with WA at some points over the last 2 years - some more than others.  
Was plenty of opportunity to see family if it was so bloody urgent.  
Get over it WA is the only place id be at the moment.

So you're quite comfortable that we're all locked away for the foreseeable future with no travel, interstate sport, businesses struggling for lack of tourists dollars, can't connect with family and friends who don't reside in this place and the list goes on all because of the incompetence of McClown and Cooked who couldn't get our health system ready after 2 years?   So that's all ok with you is it?  If so, then I find it extremely disappointing.

It doesn't take much to please you does it?  Once the price of iron ore tanks and it will, the economy here will take a turn for the worst with it and I can guarantee we'll see businesses closing and people starting to struggle then we'll find out just what a great place this is.

Have supported McGowan during the COVID pandemic.In general keeping COVID out of Wa has been of benefit to the people and business.Its apsolute kaos on the east coast.
Despite Omicrons less severe symptoms than Delta.It spreads 5 times faster than Delta.And we need a 3rd vaccination to be protected.And the virus has learnt not to kill it's host like Delta.
Entry on compassionate ground's will be relaxed.That gives the impression we could be locked down for a long time.
Leadership from the Federal Government has been a disaster this year.Fancy forgetting to order the Rat home tests.Or worried about the cost of paying for them.
And Federal Labour have been useless since Keating lost in the mid 90's..Don't expect them to fix this.Where on our own in Wa.. 

People can still travel if they are so desperate. They just have to be prepared to quarantine upon return which they're not willing to do. That's the world will all live in at the moment.
