No ...McClown provides a definitive opening up date along with his 90% vaccination target and whichever is reached first triggers an opening of the borders.  If the date is say 1 January and only 85% have been vaccinated by then they only have themselves to blame.  By not having a date it allows fence sitters to swan along and we might never reach his target of 90% of the population over 12 when as Bazza correctly points out, we're struggling to more than 65% over 16s at present.   At this rate we'll still be locked in the middle of next year.

BC did you read the post about 2 new COVID cases confirmed from the melbourne cup meet and they were both double dose vaccinated,mmm thats a worry.
